I just got done moving into a new apt in Nashville, TN with my girlfriend of 6 1/2 years. So living in Nashville, it's been rough trying to catch a Steeler game, but obviously the Titans game is on and man it is TERRIBLE. 45 - Zilch in the first half and I can't even imagine how excruciatingly painful the second half may be for Titan fans down here. That terrible towel curse may be for real I'm all for retribution for disrespecting our team (ie: wiping their feet on the terrible towel) but geesh (to the spirits of Myron Cope and Art Rooney) : Have Mercy I've never seen a beatdown like this.

Utterly classless, but beyond that, it's just flat-out wierd. What is wrong with them? I've never seen a team, a coach or a QB with such an insatiable appetite for feeding their own egos. It's really quite creepy.

I'm with you though Tim, utterly classless, it's one thing to beat a team, but I hate that they seem hellbent on rubbing it in the Titans faces.

It's called PROFESSIONAL football Tim, not pee wee football... The backups saw PLENTY of time and Brady needs all the reps he can get after a year off and a questionably knee injury. The score remained the same pretty much after the half and Brady saw minimal post half action. Your constant whining and premature (by about 7 years now) Pats/Past "joke" has grown increasingly comical. That was a HELL of a performance by Brady today. Hate him or not, he needed that game/playing time. If Ben coulda fed his ego against the brownies today, at home no less, I'm sure you'd be all for it...

Uh... it's not a "joke." It's a FACT. The Steelers have added not one but TWO Lombardi's since the ~~Pats~~ Past have won anything meaningful. What happened in Foxboro today had nothing to do with "reps" for Brady. It was all about ego, just as it was when the ~~Pats~~ Past ran up regular season scores in 2007. BTW, how'd all that ego-puffing during the regular season work out for 'ya when it mattered? Remember this? "We're only gonna score 17 points?"

Not that Ben would care, he is a true team player and only cares about the "W", you may want to check and see who threw for more yards today, Ben or Marsha. From the debacle I just watched between the Jets and Bills (and throw in the 'fins) the ~~Past~~eristicks* should have no trouble "padding" their stats this year. Its to bad they don't play in a real division, not the AFC Least. Maybe they got a new cameraman! Make sure you catch the Yanks tomorrow night, I think the Roid Sux are idle. You're whining like they left the him in there until the two minute warning. The Pats scored 7 points after half time.... Brady played for 4:43... that's REALLY running it up... Brady had an AWESOME 2nd quarter, period. I would think after the last two games I've seen the Steelers play you'd have something more to worry about than the Pats offense gelling.

All of this "classless" bs is just that, bs. All but about 7 minutes of the second half were played by an undrafted free agent rookie who scored once. That's not quite running up the score or being classless. Aparently too much time was spent watching the Pats game, predetermined that they were ruthlessly running up the score, and not enough focus was on the struggles the Steelers had with the Lions and Browns. That was my point. This looks like a simple case of Tim being frustrated about another tough game against a lesser team (this week the Browns) so he's going to pout about how well the Pats played. Classy. If Ben ever threw FIVE td's in the second quarter and then was pulled after one series to start the second half you'd be jumping for joy.

Nope. Jets were the better team that day, took it to us and won. The Broncos game, same thing. They beat us straight up. Brady had a terrible game in Denver, his accuracy was way off. What's the coach do? He plays him 4 and a half minutes in the second half of the next game... oh yeah, that's completely outta hand. gmab. The Steelers are a much better team than both the Lions and Browns. I expected them to dominate, but that would be classless... lol...
